Railjack Missions not rewarding anything/Failed Mission even when squad returned to Dojo

For the past few days, 4 out of 5 railjack missions didn't give me any rewards (except a negligible amount of affinity), and few minutes ago I got a "Failed Mission" screen (with no rewards of course) after I left the squad after we returned to the Dojo. I'm not really sure if that's all just an HUD bug, but there's definitely something wrong, considering I maxed the rank of my Saryn during a mission and the rank went down to 24 after I returned to my Orbiter.
