So I'm working on a Dubstep song, and I used the voice of Nora Night in my song.

The sample i used say : "Many things have been taken from us, that's true. But fortune favors the bold, and there is none so bold as people who got nothing to lose"

So i got the sample/audio from the warframe wiki, most of the nora's voice file where there. But i want to know, can i use them without any trouble, are they free to use ? Under Creative Common license, is commercial use authorised ? Does anyone have an info ? 

By the way I don't of it's the right place to ask that, so feel free to redirect me somewhere.

if its just for youtube video, you can use it. most you can get is a claim. you wont get a strike.

Well, I know of at least one remix that uses Nora clips, because DE uses it as background music in the leadup to their streams. IIRC all of those tracks are from the community, so I'd assume DE is ok with it.

If you're posting the song just on a site like youtube, soundcloud, etc. you should be fine. 

If you try to sell on itunes, 7digital, etc. then I suspect that's where problems would arise based on that language.

Well if it does become popular you can try to strike a deal with DE for the sound bite. Or if that does not work you can contact the voice actor change a few words and you’ll be fine.

you can use it if its in a stream or podcast or a youtube video if its being monetized via ads

or its not for profit,

If however you are directly charging people for listening to it , that may cause some issues.
