Purchased a mandacord from Cephalon Simaris to build a 2nd octavia for subsuming and received no mandacord and lost my standing

Title says it all, I also purchased an Octavia Blueprint before the mandacord but that I recieved without issue.

Update : I attempted to purchase the mandacord again and succeeded!
