Solaris Eudico 'Old Mate' Face Bug

So I came back to the game couple weeks ago after taking a break from it and when I started doing Fortuna/Orb Vallis Bounties, I noticed the screen/pop up for dialogue for Eudico is bugged. I'm at Old Mate with Solaris (The max standing rank) and so I get to see everyone real faces in Fortuna whenever I talk to them.

But when I do bounties in the Orb Vallis the screen/pop up for Eudico's face is bugged and I don't mean it shows her robot head, I mean it shows her chest/casing where her real head is yeah but it's closed, not open. I've scrolled through a few other threads saying they've had the problem for a while now. I don't really know how to fix this myself so I'm just hoping it'll get fixed in hotfix or update.

Also I'm not sure but do the other Fortuna Npcs have screen/pop up dialogue for their real face too? Because if so, it's not showing me those either, just normal robot heads.

I've got my own screenshot showing the bug but I don't how to put it on here so I found another player's screenshot with the same bug who also made a post on the forums.

Did you turn on "Creator Mode" by any chance?

What's Creator Mode? I've heard of it but idk what it is.

Nevermind, I checked it and definitely don't have Creator Mode on, so it's definitely a bug.
