[Usability] Extractor count limit

The current message saying something among the lines of "You've hit the limit of deployable extractors" is not very good. My next questions were immediately "So where I can see the limit? Inventory? From orbiter somewhere? How do I increase the limit?"

 

So the error message should say something like "You've have already deployed 2/2 extractors. You will get an extra extractor on Mastery Rank N"

Yep. But this lack of explanation in game is par for the course. The best source for any questions you have is the Wiki. And this is all DE's fault for not explaining anything beyond the very basics in-game.
