Material Changing and Modular Skins

Ok so think what would be a great addion to fashion frame would be being able to change the material on frames and weapons like for example you could have a fully metallic frame and weapon or you could have matte finish. (this would be kinda like anthum but with a warframe twist)

Now modular skins. What do i mean be modular skins? What i mean by modular skins is being able to have for example have a deluxe skin right arm and a grax skin left leg and the rest of the frame as its default skin. (I imagine this system would work just like the helmets/armor but for the legs, arms and torso)
