I lost all of my affinity, rewards, and the umbral forma that I got.

I was farming relics, having fun and chilling with friends. After the mission, I lost all of my rewards, my prime stuff, and the relics that I got from that fissure defense mission. I then ran Stolfer on Lua for that umbral forma, when it suddenly happened again. I mow have no chance of getting that free umbral forma, I also lost my vaulted prime parts, but hey! Atleast I #*!%ing have rubedo, ferrite, and some S#&$ty-ass mods to replace it! Fix. This. #*!%ing. Bug.

The umbra forma was a blueprint, not a built one.  Please check your foundry to see if you have the BP.
