Quests Out of Order (SPOILERS WELCOME!)

Galoain

Question

Would there be any issues for doing quests like Heart of Deimos or Deadlock Protocol before major story beats like The War Within and The Sacrifice?

Having heard there's going to be a Deimos Halloween event starting next week makes me want to at least do Deimos to get access to its rewards, but I haven't done War Within yet and it feels kinda wrong playing a quest all about the origins of Void powers and stuff before encountering "HEY KIDDO!" Or havin Nef use his nuclear option before his hand's been forced by repeated humiliations like The Glast Gambit or having his Orb Mothers blown up.

There is no "right order" to play quests that don't require a specific order.  There is no chronological order for these quests.

It sounds like you have in some way experienced parts of these quests or read about them, and that something about that is coloring the idea that there must be some "order" to them.  But there's not.  If you were to go in fresh and unspoiled, playing the quests in any order would work just as well.

TL;DR you're thinking way too hard about a problem that doesn't exist, I'd recommend just relaxing and playing the game. :)

No, no spoilers in those quests. Most quests for warframes and new content are usually kept spoiler free, and only serve to expand WF lore. No real big, billboard spoilers, maybe a foreshadowing clue here and there but you won't notice unless you already know. As for the Halloween event, I don't know, but I don't expect them to add spoilery stuff. DE tries its best to make things accessible for newer players:

Spoiler

 cough cough Helminth cough cough

Thank you, though my concern is less about spoilers than about "narrative flow," if that makes any sense.

I already know the spoilers themselves, I don't mind that, but I want the story to flow as smoothly as possible (I already feel bad for playing Dog Days before actually getting to Sedna in game, my Operator shouldn't know who Kela deThayn and her Executioners ARE let alone their fearsome reputation that makes its juxtaposition with Dog Days' lightheartedness work)!

Well.. the Entrati family are Orokin. And from all the quests after The War Within you will know more about Orokin and how they look like. So.. idk.. it feels wrong for me

Also, each level with the Entrati will unlock requiems, which tell some lore about them and about what happened.

So maybe find some time and complete those quests finally?

I just don't wanna miss the event between doing those quests, farming syndicate rep so other quests make sense (Why would New Loka recruit me to find The Silver Grove if they hate me, for example?), and trying to farm Relics and Prime Parts for Inaros Prime before the 27th...
