Reporting player as you're leaving a mission, removes your ability to use the chatbox for the rest of the session.

Steps to reproduce:

Start a mission, complete it, report player but don't finalize it, end up with UI element that explains DE takes reports very seriously, have mission end.  Voila.  Chat element is gone, report UI element is gone, and you have no way of getting it back without quitting the game and relogging.
