Impulse_Nine Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 I don't know how to upload a screenshot but one roll of my Pennant riven yielded "Pennant Puranus": +56.2% Additional combo count chance +48% Damage to Infested - 47% Chance to gain combo count Isn't that like getting a roll that gives +dmg to faction then has -dmg to that same faction?
