After some loading screens, or leaving a UI while loading into or out of open worlds causes different buttons on my controller to stop responding in-game. So far it's happened to my OPTIONS, CIRCLE, X, and TRIANGLE. It could be happening more to other buttons for other people, but this has caused me to completely reopen the game in order to regain my controls. I've tried restarting my controller, but it seems to be an in-game mapping issue maybe? Sometimes it's being stuck in a pause menu or not being able to pause at all.
