I completed the other 3 with no problem. I have even looked up videos of where it could be and it's no where to be found! Please look into it and get back to me with a answer. It's not orange for all people. It comes in three colours, and the reason you missed it is probably that you were looking for something orange while the padd is actually blue or yellow. Watching videos is very dangerous: the clues are different for everyone and they appear in different places for everyone. Keep looking. It's somewhere.
