Glitch? Paywall?

I am trying to claim my Limbo warframe, but the game wont let me, says i have to pay 20 plat for a new slot because all of mine are full.  But here is the issue, I HAVE 3 OPEN SLOTS.  I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works, please help

Are you sure you have 3 open slots? If so it could be a bug. File a support ticket.

I am positive, i only have one warframe class right now.  I tried the ticket, but i was never gotten back to

Are they loadout slots or warframe slots? There are 2 different things, and it might confuse people.

Just for clarity, where do you see 3 free slots, can you share a screenshot?  Every account starts with 2 free slots for warframes.  The kind that claiming a new warframe will use are under Menu> Equipment> Inventory, switch to the Warframes tab. If you hover over the first tile it would look like this if you have space free.
