Cannot target a decoration in my orbiter

I cannot move this decoration. I accidently placed it when the game was exiting the decoration selection. Now my only option is to reset all decorations and re - place them which will a take large amount of time. This should just be fixed. There isn't even a list of placed decorations by name (Like scans in Profile) so you could clear only certain decorations.
