“Could not construct weapon” (Deimos)

Tried reviving a weakened Vulpaphyla with Son. I have a the mutagen and antigen built, several empty companion slots, and just to check, I tried reviving a different type of vulpaphyla, and yet I keep getting the error message “could not construct weapon” when I try to submit the 5,000 credits to build. I’ve seen lots of others with this problem, and seemingly no solution has been presented. Additionally, I haven’t seen this mentioned in the patch notes.
