Ancient Disruptors and Rolling Guard

So is there a particular reason why Disruptors still sap energy from you when they tag you while under the invulnerability period of Rolling Guard?

Last I checked, the drain (when hit, not when they Mag proc you) was proportionate to the damage dealt. Damage dealt while invulnerable is 0.

It's rather punishing when I'm tagged as Revenant when I go to recast his 2, using RG as a safety net, then get fully drained because a Disruptor shows up while I'm recasting.
