Nikana Shoulder Holster isn't working

When highlighting the holster in equip screen it works fine but once selected it goes back to standard holster, as in it says "Nikana Right Shoulder Holster" but it is still doing the standard, has persisted through relog and going into missions. No idea if issue persists with Left Shoulder Holster.

Incase its specific I'm using sepfahn zaw with the Ryu skin
