Changing Alias, can the old one be used right away?

Can the old name be used right away on a new account if you were so inclined to do so? After changing the old one that is.

I am not sure what you are asking about. Once you change Alias for 200 Platinum, it should activate immediately.

Here's a few facts that might or might not be useful.
Hoarding usernames by creating new accounts is a no-no in all fields of account creation, not just Warframe.
Should someone want a particular username and it already exists on an account that's by all means inactive, they can get it by asking Support.
Support will have evidence of all the accounts one player is using.
Account transactions are easily tracked and dealt with per EULA agreement.

Yes, if you change your IGN, your previous name will be immediately available for use on another account.

Thats not the reason, I just wanna restart with my old name is all. I have not played in 2+years, but I am picky about my ign is all. Its a OCD thing.
