Problems after replaying the quest. (The operator disappeared. Old Lotus.)

I decided to replay the starting quest (when I saw that it became available. ...several times...). But this caused a number of problems.
1. The absence of an operator when pronouncing replicas. (audio and subtitles are present).
2. Old Lotus (not a hologram).
3. Fortuna. Everyone hid their faces again.

Replaying other quests did not yield results.
