As I entered the game, I cast the 4 and after a little bit realised it had not disappeared at the end of duration and that it was not using energy. Also, some squadmates could see it, one couldn't and one could only hear it. It disappeared after changing zone, which also fixed it, as trying to cast it again gave me the normal ability.
