(PS4) 3 Days passed and failed to login to WARFRAME servers and Help Disk can't reach

Hi,

 DigitalExtreme need your help that I cannot login thru your server on PS4 network for the last three days as it show me as attached images messages even I cannot reach help disk web site. I`m not sure if this is related the ME servers which are belong to Indian main servers issue . other games on PS networks working fine except WF.

You might have to check your router settings. My first guess is that it is somehow blocking the conection to warframe.

Thanks -NEP- for reply. unfortunately, I tried deferent router and others internet providers but still same issue.

Clearly some aspect works as you post here. Have you got an active PSN sub? Despite the game itself not requiring one, Sony do lock any MP game if you are not a PSN member; so check that first.

If that all checks out, try uninstalling then reinstalling WF in case a net error randomly caused any odd file errors.

If you get in and updated, try using the News console beside Navigation or Market-Prime Gaming (should be Ember) as this will make sure that the game is properly talking to your PS4 browser too
