How can I get the Dex Furis and Dakara?

With the release of the Dex Furis and Dakara obsidian skins for the anniversary, how do I get the weapons to actually said skins? Honestly, I feel like this is a oversight on DE's part.

You get them from the Warframe anniversary that usually takes place in March

These only show up for Warframe's main anniversary celebrations, which happen in March.

It does seem like an oversight. the dex items are available every year during the warframe anniversary event, and it seems they forgot that new players to next gen may not have the weapons. I would not be suprised if they run a limited event to allow new players to obtain these weapons.

They won't, the next gen version of Warframe is not out yet. The event is in March-April, so no point in even running it early.
