War frames are all badly nerfed on health and shield what do I do?

So I played a while back and ended in a different server where I lagged hella bad and got multiple problems with drops but then after I got out of it, all of my frames had below base values, even my maxed or newly bought/made ones! I’ve been trying to get help but with no responses so I’m asking for help. Plz can someone tell me how to fix this the game is enjoyable but I need a maxed health mod to break 200 hp on a lvl 30 war frame. And it was gauss!

I never heard of this. I'd assume you tried contacting support via the main page?

Make sure you dont have a bleeding and decaying key equipped. In your gear wheel.

Remove the dragon keys from your gear wheel.
