How to SP disruption solo?

How can I do this solo, what warframe or weapons would help me in my endeavor?Nobody is playing these nodes, and I have no choice but to go it solo or go out of my way to recruit people who likely aren't playing the nodes anyway. Any advice would be helpful.

Ash+hammer+spam 3, complete a single node and go back to jumping in the orbiter, just like i did

Mesa works very well.  Headphones help locate the demolyst quickly, and it dies quickly to Mesa's 4.  When you run mesa, weapon choices aren't nearly as important as your mesa/peacemakers build.

Nyx's psychic bolts with 125% ability strength will completely strip the armour of the demolysts.
Just be aware that the red pulses they give off will nullify the effect, so timing is key
