Internet Issues during mission

Hello, everyone. First post, not sure how this works. A friend helped me out.

 

I was in an hour long mission, and my Internet cut out at the end. I selected a Corinth Prime Stock for the last relic, but it didn’t work and I don’t have it. Lost all the mods, resources and affinity too.
