Wolf of saturn six, steel path question

I'm going to be taking on the wolf on steel path and was wondering if the armor strip from sharpened claws or shattering impact still work or if they have been ner...i mean patched. If the latter is true then I'm guessing the meta (fastest) way is a tank or invis frame with crit, high rad and a damage buff with a stropha or redeemer. 

Any suggestions for a fun or non meta set up that still kills him in a decent time is most welcome.

Fought him a day ago in non-SP missions and Sharpened Claws still worked.

Wiki says his armor can still be stripped by Kavats

Remember that he's actually using Machine hitpoints under that armor, not Cloned Flesh, so Blast+Electric is his weakness
