New weapons?

Just wondering how do I acquire 2 of the new weapons, Arum Spinosa and Sporothrix?

Whilst I am here, are the Assassin Beacon's broken?  I just bought 23 Zanuka Hunter Beacons, equipped one in my gear wheel ran 5 Corpus missions where assassins are able to spawn and Zanuka still refuses to spawn.

I just have to ask incase you haven't used them before. You did actually deploy the beacon right?
