Battle Pay (Multiple Rewards Per Mission)?

Sorry if this had been brought up but I noticed a lot of users with like 15/5 for certain rewards.  Like they have finished a mission mainly the catalyst/reactor missions 30+ times. Will they recieve a bunch of that reward?   If theres a link to a post with that info I'm up for that as well

You only get one. the extra numbers show how much you have crushed the other faction.
