Here is your problem. You don't meet the minimum system requirements.

Don't buy ARM-based systems for PC gaming, unless you really know what you are doing.

Gaming on those might become feasible but expect there to be long (up to a few decades of) transition time for game industry to start supporting ARM, or being only able to play games which support CPU-agnostic abstraction layers, which are not up to prime time yet (if these layers exist at all - IIRC I've seen some speculations of such, only).

That didn't asnwer the questions.

What OS are you using? As in, Windows 7, 8, 10, Linux, something else?

 

And what specs, as in, your hardware?

RAM, GPU, CPU, that stuff?

to make things simple, you can just take a Screenshot of the System Menu, which can be quickly accessed with Win+Pause/Break.

or just look yourself, does that Menu say that your Operating System is 64-Bit.
if it does, then the next step will be your ARM Processor. on this machine, is Windows running inside of something else? is there a more underlying Boot Loader than Windows?
