The first thing I began drawing were the prime accents on the legs of Nekros Prime. What came after was a spur of the moment idea to design him differently. To be thematically relevant to his name. I ran with the idea of making him more cryptic like a spectre. As he has abilities and attribution that fall in line with the likeness I was going for. Part spectre, part executioner Nekros. No preconceived brainstorming, just letting the art flow. Initially started this one with the fragor prime. I decided even though I drew the reaper prime on Hildryn already, I'd better keep in theme and put reaper on Nekros too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I find this helmet perfect for this warframe and I don't understand why DE hasn't designed one like that yet. However, I think the body lacks of more details not to look like the normal skin.
