DX12 partial occlusion issue - flickering decoration in orbiter (#2364820)

Already raised in support as ticket #2364820.

Walking up the ramp in my orbiter I can see one of my decorations rapidly flickering when partially obscured behind another. Flickering is present when standing still as well. It goes away when moving closer to the decoration and it is less occluded.

Attached: two screenshots showing present/not present. An animated gif for the visual effect.

This is may be particular to the layout of decorations in my orbiter. I will not update my orbiter decorations so you can pull my layout into a dev environment.

Not present on DX11.
