hi, i have been 3 days in hydron to 1180 only of rep and is stop to get up for my next mr 24, any bug or something?;pls help

Oh sweet summer child, you'd be amazed how long people can play this game without learning certain basic mechanics :D

Like, I've met players with (at the time) max MR, or official "Guides Of The Lotus" members, who didn't know how Affinity or Rotations work.

Or, a more recent / common example, I regularly find myself pointing out when someone brings no Companion to a leveling spot,
that those only "steal" Affinity when they kill stuff, so there's no need to deprive yourself of the support features.

So, always remember, there's no such thing as "common knowledge" :P

Are you not leveling something to level 30 for the first time? Thats the only way to gain mastery rank (40 for kuva weapons)
