Arsenal Changes Reset After Closing Game

Hello, 

 

Every time my boyfriend closes Warframe and turns off his Xbox, we get on to play again and all of his customizations for his Warframe (Specifically Frost Prime) are reset back to default colors - along with his weapon colors. His Kubrow armor color stayed this last time, but his weapons he had equipped along with the color schemes he set reset. He did all of this at the same time. 
 

He is getting very frustrating, as he bought Frost Prime and a color pallet, just to have to redo all of his colors every time he starts the game. Is there any way to fix this? His gamer tag is MRBEEN150
