Chains Of Harrow, Find Rell's Relic: Hydra, Pluto. Event not triggered

When I am in the Mission "Find Rell's Relic" the part where I have to follow the voice is perfectly fine.

At the Moment I reach the room, where all the corpses lay on the floor and the Donda turns in Mid-air, there should be a "Mmm. Mmm." from Rell. Also it should be shown in the subtitles at the bottom of the screen. Afterwards there should be a transmission incoming from Palladino, shown on the left side of the screen. And finally there should be the yellow-black mission marker on the Donda and the possibility to pick it up.

But somehow all these things don't trigger upon entering the room, leaving me unable top pick up the Donda and completing the mission.

I retried the mission and in addition also with a different frame. Same thing here.

You can see the missing mission marker on the map and on the Donda on the screenshots below as well as the missing "press 'key_x' to take the donda" prompt.

Just started to replay the quest, can confirm that this is an issue for me also.

 

UPDATE:

After bouncing around the room the donda was in for a while I seemed to have found the trigger point. Mine was on top of the docked ship/tall structure to the right of the donda.
