No terminal prompts in orbiter upon return from open world, relay & dojo

Since the day the PS5 launched I have had a glitch in my orbiter. Upon returning from any open world, the relay or a dojo I cannot access my nav, foundry, mod terminal or arsenal. I have reset my settings, redownloaded the WARFRAME game app and today I reset my PS4 to factory settings. nothing I can think will fix it. Don't know what to do. Any help my fellow Warframer's?
