Another stream another loss of reward

I have no idea why but since deimos dropped i do not received any reward from watching stream.

Am i the only one and is theyre a way to deal with this asside from using the support section ?

1: Both Twitch and my Warframe account are connected.

2: I also have Amazon prime for twitch and warframe.

Have you relinked them? That’s what I and many others had to do for the prime gaming drops.

Have you tried unlinking and relink it from BOTH sides?

That seems to be the problem for most players.
