Mastery rankup interface has some unhelpful features

It's nice that we can now rank up from the esc menu rather than having to go to a relay. But if you fail a test, don't disable the entire mastery rankup interface. Just disable the actual button IN the interface. That way, we can continue to practice without having to go all the way to a relay—that's the whole point of being able to access it from the esc menu in the first place.

Second, put the same strictures on the practice tests as the real test. The practice tests let you go in with whatever loadout you like. The real tests require a full loadout.
