Getting stuck in "ability in use" when trying to active spoiler mode

I've noticed recently when trying to use transference specifically when use Khora you'll get bugged in an "Ability in use" way, and you won't be able to do anything but run around, I just finished a 30 minute fissure survival and lost everything because I couldn't extract with my squad, it consumed my relics too.
