Interception (and Excavation) broken towers

Sometimes when in Interception, only some towers will appear in the top left. Last time this happened, I only had "A" and "B" in my top left area, so I'll keep using this as the example. Towers C and D didn't appear, and neither did the computers. I could tell the enemies could go to the computers because I know where the computers are, but I couldn't see the computers myself. This has also happened in Excavation, where I can see the Excavator, but I can't see it's health or power level in the top left. This has happened to me personally only on Corpus maps (new ship, outworld, and Jupiter corpus maps).
