MR30 Test - Nekros Bug?

I was initially testing if Nekros could increase life support drops from defeated enemies, noticed this bug instead...

If you clear a boss wave with Nekros you can use Shadows of the Dead in order to bring those bosses back. After their health decays and they expire, they continue to contribute to the boss kill count. The issue that results with this is that each life support appears to spawn when the TOTAL boss killed count reaches certain levels. Not as in each wave, but the test as a whole.

Two bosses killed spawns the first life support. Four more bosses killed (Six total) spawns the second life support. Six more bosses killed (twelve total) spawns the third life support. Eight more bosses killed (twenty total) spawns the fourth life support. Ten more bosses killed (thirty total) spawns the fifth life support. Two more bosses killed (32 total) spawns the sixth/first life support. etc.

As a specific example using Nekros without dying (Dying resets collected souls):

Defeating the first wave of two bosses then using Shadows of the Dead will provide a total of three to the total boss killed count [TOTAL=3] (no bonus for arbitration drone) which will spawn the first life support tower.

Defeating the second wave of four bosses then using Shadows of the Dead will provide another seven to the total boss killed count [TOTAL=10], which will spawn the second life support tower (might notice it spawn before all 4 bosses are killed if you're looking for it).

Defeating the third wave of six bosses then using Shadows of the Dead will provide another eleven to the total boss killed count [TOTAL=21], and that's when this "bug" really stands out as both the third and fourth life support towers spawn as your shadows die off without ever even encountering the fourth boss wave.

Repeat for the fourth wave and you can finish the test without even starting the fifth wave and in my test of this I even spawned a sixth life support tower (Apparently once you have defeated 30 total bosses, the counter that triggers life support tower spawns effectively resets and repeats the first couple towers).
