An application for decode other languages

Currently, when the language of the message is not same as the client language, the message will become "******",only a few exception (like Traditional Chinese in Simplified Chinese client)

So I am thinking about to read messages from the EElog and decode the message, in order to show the original text.

Would reading EElog when playing the game simultaneously get banned?

IDK about your question, but you should be posting this on bugs or feedback section localization issues should be taken by the devs
