Is this a glitch or is this just poor mission design for looting a lich? If it is a poor mission design then no wonder why people avoid liches! But if this is a glitch, it needs to be fixed. That's the thing, they don't read the submissions on their. When you come to this site, it clearly says that they have read the forumus everyday but not the support at all. This is the only way to get their attention about bugs that needs to be fixed because they get spammed with tickets that are just a waste a time. If affects a single account only. The devs aren't going to write a script for it. They won't even make a Jira ticket for it. Support can look into it. They can see if what your friend is saying is true or not. If it turns out they can confirm items are missing, they can add them to their account. Otherwise, nothing will happen at all. If you're simply posting here to report a bug, then your job is done. Unfortunately, with the limited information provided, I don't think anyone will be able to reproduce the bug, and if it can't be reproduced, they won't be able to find the broken code.
