(XBOX)TheWayOfWisdom
As it stands right now, the damage added by Condition Overload on heavy attacks has the "unique" quirk of not being affected by the combo counter. Using the Stropha as an example: A heavy attack does 2800 damage without mods. Add in Corrupt Charge (2x combo) and you'll do 2800 x 2 = 5600 damage. You would then expect CO at 1 proc to add 5600 x 1.2 = 6720 to your attack, for a total damage of 5600 + 6720 = 12,320. Unfortunately that's not how it works currently. What CO does is add damage from before the combo counter is considered. So the amount it adds in the example of Stropha is 2800 x 1.2 = 3360. So your heavy attacks only deal 5600 + 3360 = 8960. In equation form, this is how it should work: How it actually works currently: Additionally, CO still does not work on glaive explosions or Zenistar's disc. Quassus's (and by extension Arum Spinosa I assume) projectiles from heavy attack also are bugged to scale improperly with Condition Overload (It scales off of a base of 20 for Quassus) in addition to the issue above. Aadi880
Wrong subforum, dude. If you think this is a bug, and that the mod is not working properly, then this should be in the bug report forums. Not in feedback.
(NSW)Gamma83
well to be fair, many mods and even weapons have their own quirk when it comes to % especially when it comes to crit % , some are additive , other are multiplicative and among those some uses base or total crit % as the base for the increase or simply add a fixed % to the amount without caring about the what the numbers actually were. in other words, it's simply one of those cases, and as said previously, melee weapon and this mod are already overpowered enough as it is and will probably soon get revamped (/ nerfed) someday anyway.
