Orphix Venom doesn't save affinity gained towards archgun that's equipped to your necramech after you extract from the mission.

So I decided to use the new event as an opportunity to level up some of the archguns I have in my inventory that I haven't levelled yet. I've used an unranked larkspur in about 5 half-hour runs for the endurance Orphix Venom mission and its still Rank 0 when I view it in my arsenal. This being said, during the mission it is saying and showing that my archgun is actively levelling up while I'm running the mission. But, as stated, all gained affinity is lost after I have extracted from the mission. Here's hoping that this will be an easy fix.

I can add to this, I have gained affinity while host but when not host I just lost all xp when extracting.

I've had this same issue, primarily when I've had the same arch-gun equipped to my archwing as my necramech.

To me it seems like you get a negative completion bonus or something, when in mission I had my Morgha be lvl 21 and when I extracted it was lvl 19.

 

Edit: It did stop happening after I switched archwing guns, thanks for that suggestion Biopouvoir.

Same here, I lost all gained affinity on my archgun when my friend was host. When we switched and I hosted, I got to keep the newly gained affinity.

However, during the mission my archgun reached level 7 (started at 0), but after extracting, it only went to 5.

(It's a different archgun than the one equipped to my archwing.)

To all gettin this bug, don't equip the same weapon to archwing into the necramech, since Archwing got prefference on the weapon archwing > necramech, so when you exit the mission, it comes back to the exp that have on archwing.

 

Also, apparently I get bugged the exp too because I accidentally take a random mech from the floor.

Here's a little extra, I did actually manage to rank the new Prisma Dual Decurions to 16, after having it reset weirdly while in the mission a few times before.
I've also gotten the according MR points and it's listed under equipment at 16.

I've got the reset again in a mission and they're now back at Rank 1. I genuinely brought them into a mission at rank 16, and then deranked the guns I brought in there. Now that is one impressive glitchfest.

I'll add my voice to this bug. Very annoying, since the Corvas is... clearly not designed for this style of gameplay, to be charitable about it's performance.

I have same issue. And sometimes for some reason arch-gun gains affinity, but the amount of that is ten times lower than Voidrig's or  Arquebex's.

No, that's not it. I have Prisma Dual Decurion on Archwing, Morgha on Necramech and just got 0 affinity on Morgha from a Fortuna mission (same yesterday in the first OV mission)

If you die with necramech you lost the affinity from the weapon too... discovered on my phaedra lvling

ABSOLUTELY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have posted a video and now see my pictures below that show this exact problem. It is a pain in the A** to level Archwing and Necramech stuff as it is without some kind of Sanctuary or Elite Sanctuary Onslaught for us to level these items. I don't know about y'all, but when this keep happening, I lose all of the fun I've been having with this new update and just become demoralized. 

 

DE, Please direct me to the right person(s) who can help me to get back the XP that was robbed from me at the end of the mission!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have posted a video once on this and now it has happened again. You are forcing me to grind out leveling up my Prisma Decurions and then I lose all of the gained XP. What is this? Mission results show maxed weapons and then in my arsenal they are still 17............

In my case I didn't even gain any affinity during the mission. I checked at various times and my Morgha never even showed up in the mission status screen. All while my Necramech leveled just fine.

Also for the OV mission I didn't get exactly 0, I just got 0 from killing enemies. I think either killing an Orphix gives a few hundred affinity as an "objective completed" bonus or maybe it was picked up affinity orbs, but I ended the mission with 1-2k affinity on my Morgha and tens of thousands on my Necramech.

Quite possibly there are several different affinity bugs right now.

same, at one point I got up from 0 to maybe 20 or more then upon extracting it was zero.  How does DE not understand how to fix this bug?

I noticed I wasn't gaining xp on arch-guns in orphix venom as well, but I got around it by bringing my warframe to the barrier around each orphix. For some reason I couldn't gain arch-gun xp unless my warframe was in the affinity range

Having this bug too.  Tried to level my fluctus several times and it's still only Rank 8 (despite having an affinity booster).  In mission it shows a higher rank and then deranks after.   On top of the usual bugs (crouch bug, not being able to use abilities bug, etc on random).  Extremely frustrating,

what did the Orphix Venom Hotfix 29.6.4 do again?
because mission reward just told me that i leveled my newly formaed fluctus all the way to lv29, then went to arsenal and it still says unranked.

you're telling me that there are bigger problem to fix than giving players the experience points they looking for when playing missions?

i love warframe but sometimes the hilariousness in this game is straight up ridiculous.
