Farming Residual & Theorem Arcanes but iso vaults/arcana vaults are broken.

Completed T1 iso vault. Go to Mother and enter T2 iso vault mission. Get put in Arcana vault mission instead. I complete mission, leave tunnels via sophagus. Go to Mother and game says i can't pick another mission while one is in progress. As there is no way to re-complete a mission thats already been completed, no choice but to return to Necralisk.
