Simple solutions to make Chroma closer to what people want

Most of you, specially the veterans and among veterans specially the ones that are familiar with how his math works, know very well that Chroma is kinda outdated, and can be surpassed quite easily by a lot of frames when it comes to his DPS role, due to the nature of his calculations being additive. Not only that, he has basically 2 useless skills if you remove their gimmicks (+credit and elemental rotation). 

(tbh he is basically an inferior version of Rhino at this point. But I refuse to go further into this because I don't want to deal with the denialists)

What I will offer today, will be simple changes that can make Chroma a fully realized dragon. There won't be fundamental changes to how he works, except (maybe) to his 1st skill. Observation: I won't go into the topic of augment mods.

New passive (it won't change what we already have, we are only going to add something more):

Dragon Skin:  works exactly like Vex Armor, but without the damage buff (they just shouldn't be together on the same skill, that causes too many problems to balance them). Caps at 1000% armor and is multiplicative with armor mods, arcanes, etc. This is an entirely passive buff, no duration, Vex Armor is an essential skill for survival and it is already caped by poor calculations, low duration, high energy consumption. Also, it doesn't buff allies anymore.

Spectral Scream:

It will have 2500 damage at rank 3, 35% critical chance, 2.5 critical multiplier, 2.5 fire rate, a range of 12m and 100% status chance. All affected by either strenght or range. When Chroma is using SS he will open his wings and hover above the ground, increasing his sprint speed by 45% (static). Also: rotating elements during activation will actually change the element being used by SS on the fly, Observation: Energy cost is the same. P.S: damage is affected by Berserker.

Elemental Ward:

Naturally recastable. It's overall very good, doesn't need many changes.

Berserker (old Vex Armor):

 Every time Chroma receives damage to his health, his damage increases up to 300% (slight increase, the calculation works just like before). New effects: When activated, Chroma becomes immune to knockdowns, at full power he becomes immune to status effects. Also, enemies have 20% more chance to focus on you, and enemies that are focused on you will always drop energy orbs. Observation: Energy cost and duration are still the same, but it doesn't affect allies anymore.

Effigy:

The amount of armor it has will always be based on half the total armor of Chroma, to justify the (very stupid) decision of halving his total armor when he uses it. The damage it causes is the exact same damage that SS would cause. Added synergy: If both Berserker and Effigy are active, focused enemies will focus on Effigy instead but not only that, each credit pickup yielded by aggroed enemies will give you 1% health regeneration (for you and your effigy) for 5s (it has no stacking limit, but each stack has its own duration).
