The Casino themed Warframe

I couldn't decided on a name at the time of posting, but so far my ideas are:
Shark, Blackjack, House, Bet, Roulette, and Ace

 

Health: 100 ( 300 at LvL 30)
Shields: 175 (500 at LvL 30
Armor: 50
Energy200 (400 At LvL 30
Sprint Speed: 1.00

Passive:
--- casts abilities 5% faster for every 0.1 Sprint Speed

1 - Shuffle:
Hold:
Shuffle ---'s deck to select a new top card or to regain all used cards

Tap:
--- throws his top card at a targeted enemy, applying a different affect based on both the color, suit, and number

Hearts target allies and can restore health, cure status effects, or revive them
Diamonds target allies and can restore energy, increase ability strength, efficiency, duration, or range
Spades target enemies and deal damage
Clubs target enemies and apply status effects

 

Cost: 25 Energy
Projectile Speed: 40 M P/S
Damage: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 Slash
Status Duration: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 seconds
Range: 30 Meters

Mods:
Chance of getting an Ace or King top card are both increased by Ability Efficiency
Damage - Effected by Ability Strength
Status Duration - Effected by Ability Duration
Range - Effected by Ability Range

2 - Snake Eyes:
--- rolls a pair of dice and grants himself a bonus based on what the land on

Rolling Snake Eyes (Pair of Ones) makes --- invulnerable to damage for a short time

 

Cost: 50 Energy
Effect Duration: 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 Seconds

 

Mods:

Chance of rolling Snake Eyes or Twelve are both increase by Ability Efficiency
Effect Duration - Effected by Ability Duration

3 - Roulette:

--- Throws out a metal ball that ricochets off every surface (Excluding enemies), dealing damage to everything it comes in contact with

When the collide with something they release a burst that deals additional damage to anything near them

Cost: 75 Energy
Duration: 10 Seconds
Number of balls: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
Blast Radius: 3 Meters
Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 Bludgeoning
Projectile Speed:
 65 M P/S

 

Mods:

Number of Balls thrown is increased by one for every 20 Ability Range
Ricochet Duration - Increased by Ability Duration
Blast Radius - Increased by Ability Range
Damage - Increased by Ability Strength

4 - Ace up the Sleeve:

--- must have an Ace as his top card

--- Throws his top card forward, creating a wall of cards that damage enemies and apply a different effect based on the Suit of his top card

 

Hearts will immediately revive and downed ally while healing all others to maximum health and applying over shields at maximum strength
Diamonds boost the ability proficiency of all allies for the next few seconds
Spades deal immense damage to enemies while immediately killing any caught in the center of the burst
Clubs apply every status effect to enemies struck

 

Cost: 100 Energy
Projectile Speed: 30 M P/S
Damage: 200 / 400 / 600 / 800 Slash
Spade Damage: 500 / 700 / 900 / 1200 Slash
Status Duration: 10 Seconds
Range: 25 Meters

 

Mods:

The number of each status type applied by Club is increased by 1 for every 15% Ability Efficiency
Damage - Effected by Ability Strength
----- Damage from Spade is increased by 200% of Ability Strength
Status Duration - Effected by Ability Duration
Range - Effected by Ability Range
