Getting in my Account

Hello community my friend has a problem he cant log himself in his account anymore. everytime he tries they tell him to activate his account but he cant because you can only activate his account when he is logged in and if i try the tell me that a e-mail has bin send but he didnt got any e-mails

Seems like a typical 2FA authentication mail requiring a code issue. 

Did this started suddenly ? i mean did he played before or just created an account ?

no he played it a long time ago and now picked it up again but he cant log in
