So I went mining in the Orb Vallis and after a few mines I realised that most of the items in my gear wheel are gone - Archwing launcher,  k-drive, spears, simaris scanners and some more stuff I probably don't remember I had on me. I don't even have them in my inventory anymore, they just vanished. The only things left on the wheel are a glyph deployer, the sunpoint drill that I used to mine, and ciphers. Only some of them though, I remember having around 200, now only 30 and I'm certain I haven
