Feedback on mod idea for primary and secondary

Primary mod ideas (just tossing ideas around):

Domino: Multi-kills give a stack of Domino (max 5).  Each stack gives 5% increase damage.

Blood Line (Blood Rush): Each status effect applied to an enemy increases damage for 10s. 

Seeping Puncture (Weeping Wound): Each enemy killed increases status chance by 5% (max 15%)

Close Combat: Increase damage by 5% (max 25%) by being in close proximity to enemies by 3 meters)

Secondary mod ideas

Pin cushion:  Increased damage by 5% per second held (the longer you squeeze the trigger, the more damage you get)

Second Hand: Increase damage by 5% (max 25%) by being in close proximity to enemies by 1 meter). Resets on weapon switch

Steady Handed: Each status effect applied to an enemy increases damage for 10s. 

That's all I wanted to put up.  Let's see where this goes.  The numbers aren't to be taken seriously.
